Each User is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and winnings.
yrrr takes age verification seriously. During the KYC process, all Users must provide a clear copy of their KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk - Indonesian Identity Card) or other government-issued identification showing date of birth. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information must match the identification documents you will provide during KYC verification. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
yrrr is required by law to verify the identity of all Users. You must complete our KYC verification process before making your first withdrawal. This process requires submission of:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must immediately notify yrrr of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
yrrr recommends using a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters) and enabling two-factor authentication if available. We will never ask you to provide your password via email, phone, or any communication channel.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your address, phone number, or email. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawals or result in account restrictions.
yrrr accepts deposits via bank transfer from major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly, but may take up to 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. yrrr does not charge deposit fees.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account from which you deposited, and the account name must match your registered yrrr account name.
Withdrawal processing times vary by bank and VIP tier:
Requests made outside business hours (21:00-09:00 WIB) or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. VIP tier members enjoy expedited withdrawal processing. yrrr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
yrrr is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transaction patterns and report activity to relevant authorities. Accounts identified as engaging in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately terminated and all funds frozen pending investigation.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in currencies other than IDR.
yrrr offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and understand the terms of each bonus before claiming it.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements:
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other manipulation of promotional offers, is strictly prohibited. yrrr reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts of Users engaged in bonus abuse.
All bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from crediting). Expired bonuses and any winnings associated with them will be removed from your Account balance.
All Users must play fairly and in good faith. The use of automated software, bots, collusion with other players, exploitation of software errors or game malfunctions, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. yrrr reserves the right to void wagers, confiscate winnings, and terminate accounts of Users engaged in unfair play.
All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing in real-time. RNG games are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party organizations to ensure fairness. While we strive for accuracy, in the event of a malfunction, all affected wagers are void.
Sports betting is subject to specific rules governing bet acceptance, result determination, settlement procedures, and circumstances under which bets may be voided. These rules are published in our Sports Betting Rules section and form part of these Terms. You are responsible for understanding the rules before placing sports bets.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. yrrr is not liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime or unavailability.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on the Platform is accurate and up-to-date. However, yrrr does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms. Users should verify critical information independently.
The Platform may contain games and content provided by third-party suppliers. yrrr is not responsible for the accuracy, fairness, or functionality of third-party games. Any disputes regarding third-party content should be directed to the respective provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, yrrr's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. yrrr is not responsible for gambling losses. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose and should never chase losses or gamble to solve financial problems.
yrrr reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if we suspect:
During suspension, you will not be able to place wagers or make withdrawals pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, your Account may be permanently closed and funds forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to fulfillment of wagering requirements). Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit or wager. See our Responsible Gaming page for more information.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month. We will notify you before applying such fees. To reactivate a dormant account, contact customer support.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gaming operations. To the extent permitted, disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction where yrrr's gaming license is issued.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact yrrr customer support in writing via email at [email protected], providing a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days. Most disputes can be resolved amicably through our internal complaints procedure.
If internal resolution fails, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. The decision of the ADR service shall be binding on both parties. Details of our appointed ADR service are available upon request.
Any claims arising from these Terms must be brought within six months from the date the dispute arose. Claims brought after this period may be barred.
